Description
Deep tissue massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia. Fingers, thumbs, and elbows are used during the massage to provide compression and deep friction to the areas of concern. Deep tissue massage works by physically breaking down adhesions and tension (trigger points) in the muscles to relieve pain and restore mobility.
Individuals with multiple areas of concern may benefit from a series of consecutive sessions. I will work with you to determine your individual needs and best course of treatment.
